IHS consumer survey: Consumers strongly desire premium/branded car audio systems


Consumers rely on listening to their car audio system for their daily commute. It seems intuitive that the premium and branded car audio systems, presumably with high sound quality, hence would be of great interest to consumers. However, due to lack of studies based on consumers’ perspectives, the industry has yet to confirm this intuition. The new exclusive IHS consumer research study aims to evaluate consumers’ opinions toward premium/branded car audio technology that is more or less still reserved for higher-end car models.
