The Automotive Electronics Semiconductor Consumption Database gives a detailed overview of semiconductor consumption, in value, by more than 200 ECU suppliers, by region and country of design; updated annually.

This database helps Tier 2 suppliers in planning allocation of sales force or FAE (Field Application Engineers) when targeting Tier 1 ECU suppliers. Allocation can be planned towards the various locations influencing design and purchasing decision at ECU makers rather than focusing only on the country of ECU assembly or the country of centralized purchasing.
