Continental plans to spin off ContiTech business into an independent company
Continental is breaking its business into three strong, independent companies: Tires, ContiTech and Automotive
The executive board of Continental has decided to spin off its ContiTech group sector business into an independent company, the Germany-based company said in a press release on April 8.
