India’s oil marketing companies (OMCs) — Indian Oil Corp. Ltd. (IOCL), Bharat Petroleum Corp. Ltd. (BPCL) and Hindustan Petroleum Corp. Ltd. (HPCL) — have significantly expanded their electric vehicle charging infrastructure across the subcontinent in fiscal year 2025, according to a news report published by business daily The Hindu BusinessLine on March 30.
