Tata AutoComp acquires 80% stake in Artifex Interior Systems
The acquisition by Tata AutoComp's subsidiary is set to enhance its position in the global automotive interior market
Tata AutoComp Systems, an Indian automotive components manufacturer within the Tata Group, has completed the acquisition of an 80% stake in Artifex Interior Systems Limited, previously known as IAC UK. The acquisition was carried through Tata Motors’ wholly owned subsidiary Jaguar Land Rover Ventures Limited (JLRV).
