Nexperia introduces NEX13120FPC-Q100, a 12-channel, 40-V high-side LED driver
Nexperia, a semiconductor company based in Nijmegen, the Netherlands, has unveiled a new automotive lighting solution: A 12-channel, 40-V high-side LED driver integrated circuit (IC) — the NEX13120FPC-Q100 — designed to meet the stringent ASIL-B level compliance for automotive lighting applications including tail, brake, signal and in-cabin illumination.
