Energy Fuels Inc., a leading US producer of uranium, rare earth elements (REE) and heavy mineral sands (HMS), has signed a strategic memorandum of understanding (MOU) with South Korea-based Posco International Corp., aiming to fast-track the formation of a commercial permanent rare earth magnet supply chain independent of mainland China.
