Thyssenkrupp appoints Axel Hamann as new CFO, Wilfried von Rath as new CHRO and labor director
Von Rath and Hamann join thyssenkrupp’s executive board, aiming to further company realignment and tackle upcoming challenges
The Supervisory Board of thyssenkrupp AG has appointed Dr. Axel Hamann as chief financial officer (CFO) and Wilfried von Rath as chief human resources officer (CHRO) and labor director. Hamann will succeed Dr. Jens Schulte, who has been CFO since June 2024 and has also been the acting CHRO since February 2025.
