Proma Group acquires Recaro Automotive’s operations in Germany
Recaro Automotive’s operations in North America and Japan and its JV operations in mainland China remain unaffected by this change in ownership
On Dec. 4, 2024, Proma Group, an Italy-based automotive supplier, signed an investment agreement with Recaro Automotive GmbH to acquire its struggling business in Germany.
