Continental’s supervisory board approves planned spinoff of Automotive sector business into public, independent company
The board also allocated €1.5 billion in cash funds to the newly independent automotive company, alongside a €2.5 billion revolving credit facility to bolster its operations
On March 12, the supervisory board of Continental approved the proposed spinoff of its automotive sector into an independent company, recommending shareholder approval at the 2025 annual shareholders' meeting.
