Rock Tech Lithium, Arcore AG to merge subsidiaries to create lithium supply chain in Europe
The core assets of NewCo will include Rock Tech’s fully permitted lithium converter in Guben and Arcore’s lithium-boron-magnesium mining project in Lopare
Toronto-based lithium company Rock Tech Lithium Inc. has signed a binding business combination agreement (BCA) with Swiss lithium mining company Arcore AG to establish a fully integrated lithium supply chain in Europe, while reducing dependence on other regions for critical battery raw materials, Rock Tech Lithium announced Feb. 20.
