Bosch is gearing up to introduce hydraulic brake-by-wire system later this year, with plans to also develop a purely electromechanical variant. This advancement has already attracted orders from various vehicle manufacturers, with Bosch projecting that over 5.5 million vehicles globally will feature brake-by-wire technology by 2030.
