MAHLE sells US Powertrain division to Dumarey Group
MAHLE Powertrain's branches outside of the US are not included in this deal
MAHLE, a tier 1 automotive supplier, has agreed to sell its MAHLE Powertrain (MPT) USA engineering services business, known as MAHLE Powertrain LLC, to the Dumarey Group.
