South Korean carmaker Hyundai Motor Co. and sister company Kia Corp. have developed the Integrated Greenhouse Gas Information System (IGIS) to monitor, quantify and manage carbon emissions throughout the entire vehicle life cycle, Kia announced Dec. 30, 2024.
