Norge Mining, an Anglo-Norwegian company known for its significant resources of critical raw materials in southwest Norway, has announced its acquisition of Skaland Graphite AS, Europe's largest natural graphite producer, from Mineral Commodities Ltd. (MRC), an Australian mining company.
