CATL launches own battery swap ecosystem with 100 partners in Greater China
CATL founder expects that battery swapping, home charging piles, and public charging piles will each account for a third of the EV charging market by 2030
Contemporary Amperex Technology Co. Ltd., the world’s largest battery maker, unveiled two standardized battery models namely #20 and #25 on the sidelines of a conference on its battery swap ecosystem Dec. 18. The event was organized in the coastal city of Xiamen on Dec. 18.
