Uber and WeRide launch autonomous ride-hailing in Abu Dhabi

As reported in a press release on Dec. 6, Uber Technologies and WeRide have launched a ride-hailing partnership in Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates, marking the debut of autonomous vehicles on the Uber platform outside of the US and establishing the largest commercial robo-taxi service outside of the US and China.
