Pricol agrees to acquire injection-molded plastic component business of Sundaram Auto
The acquisition is expected to be completed by Jan. 31, 2025
The board of directors of Indian supplier Pricol Ltd. has approved the acquisition of the injection-molded plastic component division of another local supplier, Sundaram Auto Components Ltd., for 2.15 billion rupees (about $25.4 million), CNBC TV18 reported.
