Lumax Auto Technologies Ltd. (LATL) has completed the acquisition of a 60% stake in Greenfuel Energy Solutions’ alternate fuels business for 1.53 billion rupees (approximately over $18 million), according to a news report published by Autocar Professional on Nov. 26.
