As reported in a press release on Nov. 18, STMicroelectronics (ST) has unveiled the introduction of its 40-V STripFET F8 metal-oxide-semiconductor field-effect transistors (MOSFETs) featuring standard threshold voltage, which incorporates the benefits of enhanced trench gate technology with improved noise immunity, specifically designed for applications that require non-logic-level control.
