Sterling Tools Ltd., a major supplier of automotive fasteners in India, has established a partnership with Kunshan GLVAC Yuantong New Energy Technology (GLVAC YT), a subsidiary of mainland China-based Kunshan GuoLi Electronic Technology (GLVAC), Autocar Professional reported Nov. 6.
