As reported in a press release on Oct. 23, NXP Semiconductors has announced its Trimension NCJ29Dx family of ultra-wideband (UWB) fine-ranging integrated circuits (ICs) is being utilized by Audi AG in its new Premium Platform Electric (PPE) for smart, hands-free, secure car access.
