The new technology developed by Murata and Stanford University enhances Li-ion batteries, offering four times the power and ultrafast charging

Murata Manufacturing Co. Ltd., in collaboration with Stanford University, has developed a pioneering porous current collector (PCC) technology that improves lithium-ion (Li-ion) secondary batteries by allowing them to deliver four times the power of batteries with traditional current collectors, without sacrificing energy density.
