New Zealand’s energy company Genesis Energy plans to acquire a majority shareholding in ChargeNet, the country’s largest nationwide electric vehicle public charging network, to gain a foothold in New Zealand’s emerging EV charging market, Genesis Energy announced Oct. 1.
