Tata Motors, India’s leading manufacturer of commercial and passenger vehicles, held a groundbreaking ceremony of its new, world-class production facility to manufacture cars and sport utility vehicles, at Panapakkam in Ranipet district, Tamil Nadu, India, the company announced Sept. 28.
