Wrena files for Chapter 11 bankruptcy to facilitate asset sale
The strategic move aims to maximize stakeholder value while ensuring the ongoing supply of quality products to its customers
Wrena, a supplier of stamped structural and tubular components, assemblies and fine blank components, has filed for Chapter 11 bankruptcy protection voluntarily at the US Bankruptcy Court for the Eastern District of Michigan, the company said in a press release on Sept. 23.
