Hydro acquires additional stake in Vianode to reach 50% ownership
After Altor exercised a put option, Hydro now holds 50% of synthetic graphite manufacturer Vianode
In a press release dated Sept. 9, Hydro announced that it has acquired an additional 20% stake in Vianode, a synthetic graphite manufacturer for the batteries industry, as Altor, a private equity fund, exercised its put option.
