The collaboration aims to replace fossil-based materials with renewable Reselo Rubber, derived from birch bark, in tire manufacturing

According to a press release Sep. 4, Nokian Tyres has entered into a developmental agreement with Reselo AB, a Swedish biomaterial science company, aiming to incorporate Reselo Rubber, a renewable material derived from birch bark residues from the pulp, paper and plywood industry, into its tire manufacturing process.
