Posco invests $40 million in Black Rock Mining for graphite project
The investment will fund the development of Mahenge Module 1, with Posco securing rights to graphite concentrate fines from Module 2
Posco International Corp. (Posco) has entered into a binding agreement to invest US$40 million in Black Rock Mining Ltd., a move that will be executed through two tranches.
