The agreement involves PPG's production sites and about 400 employees, aiming to be finalized in the fourth quarter of 2024
PPG, a prominent global entity in the paint, coatings and specialty materials industry, headquartered in Pittsburgh, has announced an agreement to sell its Silicas Products division to Qemetica SA for about $310 million.
