Nuvera, Viritech collaborate on fuel-cell EV powertrain
Viritech had previously integrated Nuvera’s E-60 engine into a hydrogen fuel cell-powered race car
Nuvera Fuel Cells LLC, a leading developer of high-performance, zero-emission fuel-cell products, has signed a memorandum of understanding with Viritech Ltd., a UK-based developer of hydrogen powertrain solutions for automotive, to explore the possibility of collaborating to deploy and support Viritech’s VPT60N powertrain for on-road commercial vehicles, Nuvera said Aug. 13.
