BASF Catalysts India Pvt. Ltd. (BCIL), a subsidiary of BASF Environmental Catalyst and Metal Solutions (ECMS), has opened a new research, development and application (RD&A) laboratory at its facility in Mahindra World City, Chennai, Tamil Nadu, India.
