Renault to produce new Twingo EV at its Slovenia factory, signs MOU to get government support
In 2023, Slovenia increased subsidies for the purchase of EVs — for vehicles up to €35,000, buyers can receive a subsidy of €6,500
Renault has signed a memorandum of understanding (MOU) with the government of Slovenia for securing potential grants and incentives for local development and production of the Renualt Twingo E-Tech models in the French carmaker’s Novo mesto factory, a press note issued by the government of Slovenia said July 24.
