From 2021 to 2032, battery-cell production is modeled to grow twenty-eightfold in North America
According to an official note published by the Office of Energy Efficiency and Renewable Energy, US Energy Department (US DOE) on July 15, the cumulative battery and electric vehicle supply chain investment in North America grew to more than $250 billion by the end of 2023.
