The plant in Navalmoral de la Mata, set to open in 2026, aims to boost sustainable mobility with 900 jobs

On July 8, AESC initiated the construction of its gigafactory in Navalmoral de la Mata, Cáceres, Spain, which upon completion in 2026 is set to become one of Europe's pioneering producers of lithium iron phosphate (LFP) batteries at scale.
