aiMotive's aiSim 5 achieves ISO 26262 certification for automotive safety
Awarded by TÜV Nord, the certification acknowledges aiSim 5's compliance with ASIL D standards, enhancing simulation reliability for automated driving solutions
According to a press release on July 4, TÜV Nord awarded AiMotive ISO 26262 certification for its aiSim 5 simulator. This certification, initially awarded to the aiSim series in 2020, marks aiSim 5 as compliant with the rigorous standards for automotive safety integrity level D (ASIL D) set out in ISO 26262:2018.
