Renesas and Altium obtain US approval for merger
The companies cleared the last regulatory hurdle with approvals from global authorities, moving closer to finalizing their merger
Renesas Electronics Corp., known for its advanced semiconductor solutions, and Altium, recognized for its electronics design systems, have jointly announced receiving final approval from the Committee on Foreign Investment in the United States for their proposed merger, as reported in a press release July 1.
