Yokohama Rubber announces new tire plant in Hangzhou, China
The new facility, starting production in 2026, aims for an initial output of 9 million tires annually, part of Yokohama's transformation strategy and urban renewal initiatives
The Yokohama Rubber Co. Ltd., based in Hiratsuka, Japan, has announced its plan to establish a new passenger car tire manufacturing facility in the Qiantang New District of Hangzhou City, Zhejiang Province, China, as reported in a press release July 1.
