The 50/50 JV between the companies aims to localize advanced sunroof technology production in India
Minda Corp. Ltd., the flagship company of India-based Spark Minda Group, has entered into a 50/50 joint venture agreement with HSIN Chong Machinery Works Co. Ltd. (HCMF), a Taiwan-based supplier specializing in automotive sunroof and closure systems.
