Hyundai plans to launch four electric cars in India
Hyundai’s India arm plans public listing as it prepares to develop EV models for the world’s third-largest passenger car market
Hyundai Motor India Limited, India’s second largest carmaker, plans to launch four new electric vehicles, including a mass-market model, according to a news report published by Autocar Professional on June 15. The report mentioned that Hyundai stated its India EV launch plan in the draft red herring prospectus (DRHP), which it has filed with the Securities Exchange Board of India (SEBI) for an initial public offering (IPO).
