Beijing Auto Show 2024: A connected car and UI/UX review
The show highlighted key industry trends, including smart and diverse cockpit layouts, increased use of displays, innovative AI capabilities, and integration of technology innovators in providing seamless connected experiences to customers.
The 2024 Beijing International Automotive Exhibition, also known as Auto China, concluded in early May. Seeing participation from major global and local automakers as well as automotive suppliers, the exhibition was attended by more than 892,000 visitors, including 28,000 international attendees. The event saw participation from over 1,500 exhibiting companies, with automakers showcasing 278 battery-electric vehicles (BEV) and plug-in hybrid electric vehicle (PHEV) models and holding world premieres of more than 117 models, including 41 concept cars.
