Stellantis CEO Carlos Tavares believes that the ongoing global transition to electric vehicles is a game of severe cost-cutting, and automotive suppliers must figure out how to reduce costs and adapt to the new requirements or risk losing their business in the next five to 10 years, according to a news report published by The Detroit News on May 29.
