Volkswagen is recalling nearly 80,000 units of the model year 2021–2023 ID.4 electric sport utility vehicles (SUVs) in the US to fix a software bug that could sometimes affect the functioning of the instrument cluster and infotainment system, according to a press release dated May 29.
