Lear reshuffles senior leadership team to drive IDEA plan
Carl Esposito appointed senior vice president of IDEA, while Nick Roelli replaces Esposito as senior vice president and president of E-Systems
Lear has announced significant changes to its senior leadership team, effective May 16, the company said in a press release. The company appointed Carl Esposito, senior vice president and president of its E-Systems business as senior vice president of its Innovative, Digital, Engineered, and Automated.
