MAHLE sells OEM thermostat business to investment holding firm ADMETOS
Mahle has sold its OEM thermostat business to ADMETOS to focus on electrification and thermal management.
MAHLE has completed the sale of its original equipment manufacturer thermostat business to ADMETOS as of May 2. As part of the deal, ADMETOS is taking on about 600 employees in six countries.
