Craftsman to acquire remaining 24% stake in DR Axion India Pvt. Ltd.
The acquisition is expected to be completed by June 30
Craftsman Automation Limited, an Indian manufacturer of machined powertrain components, has announced the acquisition of the remaining 24% stake in DR Axion India Private Limited (DRAIPL), a subsidiary it acquired 76% of in February 2023.
