KPIT completes acquisition of auto software company PathPartner
The cost of acquisition of a 100% stake of PathPartner is about 1.91 billion rupees (about $22.9 million).
KPIT has announced completed the acquisition of PathPartner Technology, according to a company press release dated April 19.
