Microchip Technology has announced the completed acquisition of Seoul, South Korea-based VSI Co. Ltd., a provider of high-speed, asymmetric, camera, sensor and display connectivity technologies and products based on the Automotive SerDes Alliance (ASA) open standard for in-vehicle networking (IVN).
