Infineon and Amkor deepen partnership and strengthen European supply chain for semiconductor solutions
The companies will extend the classical Outsourced Semiconductor Assembly and Test (OSAT) business model
In a press release announcement on April 8, Infineon Technologies partnered with Amkor Technology to establish a dedicated packaging and testing center at Amkor's manufacturing site in Porto, Portugal.
