Mahle and Forvia Hella complete the sale of their shares in JV BHTC
Mahle and Forvia Hella transferred their respective 50% stakes to AUO Corp.
Mahle Behr GmbH & Co. KG, a subsidiary of Mahle Group (Mahle), and Hella GmbH & Co. KGaA (Forvia Hella) completed the sale of their respective 50% stake in the joint venture Behr-Hella Thermocontrol (BHTC) to AUO Corp., the company said in a press release on April 2.
